I’m an accredited psychotherapist (BACP) with 17 years of experience & a clinical supervisor. I am passionate about supporting others with their mental health as well as assisting other therapists with their growth. It’s important to know you are in safe hands and your therapist is competent, capable, trustworthy and able to support you for the short/long term.
Anxiety, stress, anger, relationships, trauma are just some of the issues I work with. My practice has evolved over 17 yrs & I work integratively which means I draw on various models of therapy and theories to tailor the therapy to suit your needs. Also, I practice mindfulness meditation and have a strong interest in neuroscience which informs my practice.
I have worked in counselling services for a university, a further education college, the NHS and a large public company. My own issue with panic attacks and anxiety in my early 20's and the support I received along the way inspired me to train as a therapist. So go on, reach out, I can assure you of a warm reception.
