I bring over 20 years of personal therapeutic experience, 8 years of professional training in energy medicine and 8 years working in corporate health and wellbeing.
My work is rooted in ancient wisdom - drawing on Shamanic healing traditions, ceremony, rites, ritual and a deep reverence for nature - meeting the ancient with the modern, weaving in breathwork, somatic and mindfulness techniques, coaching, visualisation and journalling into each session, intuitively and uniquely for you.
