Hey, I’m Hermione (she/her) – I am a qualified integrative counsellor supporting adults and teenagers to reconnect with themselves and their needs while navigating life’s challenges. I offer you down to earth, compassionate therapy underpinned by the understanding that meaningful change happens when we experience emotionally safe, secure relationships, where you feel held, seen and valued.
