I know that searching for a therapist can be overwhelming so let me tell you a little about what I can offer. I offer in person sessions in York and Online/telephone sessions throughout the UK. I work with adults, children and young people on a variety of issues such as depression, trauma, family issues, relationship or work issues and I hold a special interest in anxiety, neurodiversity and grief. These special interests come from both personal and proffessional experiences so when I say I understand I really do.
Grief can be overwhelming and deeply personal. I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can explore your loss in your own time and way, I will walk alongside you as you make sense of your experience. Alongside of bereavement, I also support clients with a variety of challenges from anxiety to to relationship difficulties.
If you are finding things difficult right now, know you dont have to go through it alone. Reaching out can feel daunting, but it may be the first step toward relief and healing. I would be honoured to support you in taking that first step.
