Welcome to a safe space. I offer Counselling & Clinical Supervision addressing emotional & psychological distresses which can sometimes feel overwhelming and burdensome. No matter what it is, I am here to listen, accept and support you in confidence as you share your feelings & thoughts in a safe space. I am a registered accredited and experienced Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor with 25+ years working experience of supporting clients in various sectors to improve their mental & emotional well-being. I provide In-Person, Online & Telephone therapy to Adults, Christians, Couples, Families & Groups using an Integrative Approach.
It's okay if you haven't had therapy before, I am here to guide you through it by providing practical and sustainable coping techniques and tools you can use so you feel comfortable with this new experience of therapy.
