I work with adults from all backgrounds with a particular interest in working with men who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in their head. Many of the people I work with struggle with overthinking, lack of direction, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. My approach is practical and action-focused. We focus on building structure, taking responsibility, and developing resilience so you can move forward with clarity and a stronger sense of control. Alongside this, we develop emotional awareness so you can better understand what’s driving things beneath the surface and respond more effectively.
I offer a practical, structured approach to therapy, helping people who feel stuck or caught in their head move forward. We focus on managing overthinking, building confidence, and empowering yourself in difficult situations, using straightforward CBT and DBT tools that are simple to apply.
