I am a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and a Doctor of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy candidate at the University of Exeter. With over 25 years of clinical experience in the NHS (CAMHS) and private practice, I offer a sophisticated, relational approach to healing. My work is grounded in the belief that our present struggles—be they anxiety or relationship patterns—are often shaped by unconscious scripts. By decoding these deeper patterns, I help you find a sense of agency and lasting change. While my background includes social work and art therapy, my focus remains on the transformative power of the psychoanalytic relationship.
I specialise in complex trauma, deep-seated anxiety, and the nuances of neurodiversity (ADHD/ASD). My experience allows me to address a broad clinical spectrum, including personality disorders, depression, psychosexual issues, and gender identity. Whether working with adults or adolescents, I provide a stable, containing space to explore the inner world.
