I help adults and young people who are facing challenges like depression, anxiety, health anxiety, panic attacks, OCD and PTSD. I will conduct an individualised assessment to establish needs and why they are now looking for support. I will set goals collaborative with clients and do a formulation which will help clients to make sense of their problems.
I have 8 yrs experience of working in NHS as child and adolescent mental health nurse. I have 22 years experience as mental health nurse in NHS. I specialises in helping people to learn ways to calm their mind. I offer psych education, role play, l exposure therapy, cognitive restructuring, guided discovery, activity scheduling and behaviour experiment.
