I’m a consultant relationship, couple, and family therapist with over 15 years of experience working across public, private, and charity sectors. As a down-to-earth psychotherapist, I help clients navigate challenges related to relationships, identity, and self-esteem. My approach is goal-oriented, combining active listening with practical insights to foster meaningful change. I’ve had the honour of contributing as an expert therapist for GQ, the Observer, and the BBC. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to achieve growth and clarity. I also provide supervision for fellow professionals in the field.
As an experienced therapist and supervisor, I use a range of techniques to help you gain insight, solve problems, and develop a calmer, more focused approach to life. My clients often find that my collaborative style moves them closer to living the way they desire. Creating a safe, non-judgmental space is my top priority.
