Alongside talking therapy, I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) – a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps clients process and heal from trauma and distressing life events. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements, to reduce the emotional charge of difficult memories. Sessions are typically 90 minutes (£90)
