Do you often feel weighed down by feelings of anxiety and depression? Do you find it difficult to open up to people? It is important to remind ourselves feeling emotions are a part of being human. Coming to therapy is a safe space for you to talk about your feelings and thoughts and find a way to move forward.
I have worked in the NHS mental health service for over 14 years, providing CBT based therapy, also counselling for teens and adults. I also have considerable experience working with anxiety, depression, panic and co-dependency. I offer support to work through narcissistic abuse and how to regulate emotions to move forward.
How might counselling help? Low mood and anxiety can take a hold and negatively impact every aspect of life. My role is to support your journey by providing a confidential safe space and the necessary tools and techniques to gain the confidence to take control of your situation at your pace and make positive changes. I work with both adults and children.
