Through online Cognitive Behaviour Therapy sessions I provide coping methods, discussions, discovery, and learning resources to support my clients to connect to their true selves. I came to the UK over 25 years ago, and fully established my personal life and a successful career in a foreign country. I brought up two children, whilst learning a new culture and language, which appeared to be, at the time, daunting tasks. This personal experience and my 15 years in the NHS, has enabled me to build on my further professional studies and therefore bring a deeper level of understanding resulting in exceptional therapeutic outcomes.
My full name is Agnieszka Locman. I have MSc in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. I am BABCP accredited CBT practitioner working for NHS and private clients, holding experiences across Health Psychology, Talking Therapies, Perinatal Psychiatry, Drug and Alcohol and Older Adults services. I use a wide range of therapeutic interventions based on CBT protocols.
In our most vulnerable times we can feel lost and lonely. We can carry that heavy feeling in our hearts. I am honoured as a therapist to share those moments with my clients, to be there for them, to join their therapeutic journeys and see the light of hope and the end of their suffering.
