I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor with nearly 30 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. Using an integrative approach, I tailor therapy to each person's unique needs, helping them navigate challenges, build confidence, and achieve meaningful change. I specialize in Imago, 90 minute, Relationship Therapy sessions for couples, creating a safe space for deeper connection.
