People come to counselling to seek help for various reasons; when experiencing difficult or distress emotions, feeling low, overwhelmed or going through the pains of loss. Or perhaps, you are having an on-going relational difficulties, struggling with change or even searching for more meaning or value to your life. If you would welcome some time and space set aside in your week to meet with me to safely explore your issues. I hope to create and offer you a safe space to speak and reflect. I welcome the chance to be a part of that journey.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor. I offer face to face, telephone and online counselling. I have compassion and tenacity to journey with you through the ups and downs you may be encountering. I offer either short term counselling or open-ended longer-term counselling with regular reviews in a safe, non- judgemental and confidential environment.
I recognise that each person is different and the key to recovery is based upon uniquely addressing and focusing on the individual need. Hence the reason, I intend to continuously build a therapeutically beneficial relationship with you which safely facilitates your progress towards your goal(s). I look forward to hearing from you.
