Hi there I’m Charly, I am a Person Centred Counsellor who will create a safe and trusting environment in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings confidentially. Working together with clients is what I enjoy most; adapting to their needs and working at a pace that works for them.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety or depression, feel overwhelmed or alone in the world, have been impacted by an event or suffered a loss, I am here to listen and work with you to understand what your world looks like to you.
I have experience with working with a variety of issues and for me, it's important that I work from my clients perspective and hear how what they are going through is impacting them. As well as being a counsellor, I currently work as a support worker, supporting those who have learning disabilities and who are on the autism spectrum.
