I am an accredited member of the BACP and have completed a rigorous five-year training. I will work alongside you to explore and understand the roots of your difficulties so that you can gain new perspectives on them. A greater understanding of yourself can give you the freedom and autonomy to make positive and lasting changes in your life.
I offer a free introductory consultation so that you can see if I am the right counsellor for you. In this meeting, we would discuss has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. It would also be an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have about the process.
