If you are stuck in a cycle of binge eating, emotional eating or feeling out of control with food, and are struggling to break free - its important to know that things can be different. I offer NICE recommended, evidence-based therapy designed to help people break out of the negative eating cycles and improve their relationship with food and their body, to regain control, and find peace and acceptance.
Using a non-judgemental, curious approach we can explore what drives your eating difficulties, looking at your relationship with food, body image and emotions. Together we will build strategies to help you break free.
For over a decade, I have worked with people with a range of eating difficulties/disorders in NHS & private care. I am dual trained, qualified to deliver specialist CBT therapy for eating disorders, in additional to many years working as a highly specialist dietitian in this field.
I offer 2 CBT interventions, we can discuss which will suit you best.
Breaking the cycle is hard, it needs you to do something different and this means you have to be brave. I am here to help guide and support you to do this, to build your confidence and belief in yourself that you can do it, and keep doing it!
