If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationships with others, feeling isolated or alone in relationships, feeling never ‘good enough’ or battling with addiction this could be due to your attachment pattern. How we view ourself in relation to others and the world around us affects us in everyday life. I am a qualified BA (hons) Integrative Counsellor and supervisor. I draw from different theories such as Humanistic, CBT and Psychodynamic including attachment, which enables me to tailor every session specifically for each individual. I have many years experience working for the NHS and in private practice.
I have vast experience of working with people from all walks of life helping them with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, relationships, addictions, low mood , stress and bereavement as well as a space to explore any other worries. Working with attachment helps us to discover why we feel how we do and how to change it going forward.
