Hello and welcome. Reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, especially when you are already feeling anxious, overwhelmed, frightened or unsure where to begin. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, grief, work-related stress, low self-esteem and the lasting effects of domestic abuse or difficult relationships. At Seeds of Becoming, I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel heard. You do not need to have all the answers. Together, we can explore what is happening for you, understand the patterns or experiences that may be keeping you stuck,
As a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist, I tailor therapy to your needs so you can feel safe exploring your thoughts and experiences. I combine evidence-based approaches with empathy and understanding to support lasting change. Alongside my private practice I volunteer at Women's Aid, providing trauma-informed support in a safe and compassionate environment.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel like the hardest step. By finding your way here, you've shown courage. Whatever you are facing, you will be welcomed with kindness, empathy and space free from judgement. You don't need to have all the answers.
