As your therapist, I’ll support you in short or long term work every step of the way. I’m especially drawn to working with creative individuals and the unique challenges they face. My approach draws on psychodynamic psychotherapy along with transactional analysis as an integrative approach which incorporates both talking and creative methods when useful.
Influenced by Jung, I’m particularly interested in our relationships with the self and others, so exploring your ‘shadow’ and dreams offer a doorway to deeper insight. Whatever you're facing, I can offer both a fresh perspective and grounded, professional support – so you can make sense of your experience, gain insight, and find new ways to respond to life
