My ideal client would be someone wanting to gain self-awareness and insight into themselves. A person who is ready to seek a space for exploration and wants to use it to find out who they are, not what society and other people are telling them they should be, but their authentic voice. The client would want to find greater freedom by exploring the life journey they have been on and what this has meant to them. It's not for me to tell the client what their goals are but for me to provide them with a therapeutic space so they can find out for themselves.
My speciality is my ability to relate to people from a variety of backgrounds and develop deep understanding of how it feels for them to live and feel. What I offer is a space where somewhere can show all that they are, be honest, raw and authentic without fear of judgement.
If you are interested in how I work and want to know more please contact me and we can discuss what you want from counselling and see if I am the right person to work with you. I feel the most important part of counselling is the relationship between the client and therapist, it has to be right.
