I offer counselling to all age groups and have particular expertise in working with children and young people.I am an integrative counsellor with 18 years of experience, working across a wide range of settings including schools, universities, and (EAP's) Employee Assistance Programmes. I also provide clinical supervision to professionals. I use extensive knowledge from different therapeutic theories and approaches to tailor the counselling experience to each individual’s needs.I work collaboratively to identify the issues you wish to explore and the timescale that suits them - whether short-term focused work or longer-term support.
Some of the common issues I work with include, Autism and ADHD symptoms, Anxiety and depression, Self-harm and suicidal thoughts, Stress and family issues, LGBTQ+, Emotional wellbeing. My background in school-based counselling and systemic work with families and inclusion services allows me to bring a holistic understanding to wellbeing.
