I am a DipHE Gestalt Humanistic Counsellor with over 15 years’ experience - based in Bitterne, Southampton. My main areas of expertise are drugs and alcohol addiction Issues, relationship difficulties, breakups, narcissistic abuse, ADHD, Autism, anxiety and depression. Are you having problems with managing your drinking or drug use and things in your life have become unmanageable? Are you finding it difficult to maintain your relationships with people? Are looking for a calm, centred, caring counsellor who can support you with your difficulties and provide safe space for you to talk?
I will work with you to explore your needs and wants in the present, whilst encouraging you to find the tools you need to reach your goals. In order to support this, I focus on Gestalt therapy and Humanistic counselling, which aims to investigate and uncover patterns and beliefs you may have about yourself and gain a better understanding of your behaviours.
