It's completely natural to feel some apprehension, fear or anxiety when considering starting therapy. In our first session you'll have the opportunity to ask questions about the process and my way of working. It'll also be an opportunity for you to go into more detail about why you’ve decided to come to see me and what you hope to get out of it.
At our first session you'll get a sense of whether or not you are comfortable with me and would like to work with me. There is no obligation. If we agree to work together, sessions are then held weekly for 50 minutes. Feel free to contact me for a free initial phone consultation.
