My background is in psychodynamic psychotherapy. Every client’s needs are different, and I will tailor the process to suit you, whether it be short-term or long-term therapy that you are seeking. My aim as your therapist will be to help you discover the best version of yourself.
I feel the basis of all productive and successful therapy stems from the relationship between the client and therapist, and in the trust and mutual respect that is built between us.
