Everyone at some point in their lives will face a situation that they will need help to deal with. I believe it is important that people don’t feel alone in hard times, and it should never be seen as a sign of weakness to ask for help. My aim is to help to make sense of why we might suffer from panic, anxiety, depression. or find ourselves in repeated situations that leave us struggling with low self-esteem, low self-confidence, unfulfilled and unmotivated. I offer a secure, empathic and respectful environment to gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
Whilst my therapeutic approach comes from a psychodynamic theory, I have extended the breath of my practice through further qualifications and experience, integrating aspects of relational depth therapy and neuroscience aiding my work with trauma, dissociation, and psychopathologies that can be the cause of depression, anxiety, unfulfilled and lonely.
If something has happened that is proving difficult to recover from such as a bereavement or a past childhood trauma please don't feel afraid to ask for help. I offer a free initial 15-20mins call help understand and feel comfortable with the process.
