As a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Accredited EMDR Practitioner, I am dedicated to offering trauma-informed psychological therapy that is grounded in best practice. Having undertaken additional training in a range of evidence-based psychological approaches, I am able to use my skills and expertise to tailor therapy to your individual needs; enabling you to successfully work towards meaningful change that is based on what is important to you.
Throughout my career, I have gained significant experience working with adults who experience a range of psychological difficulties or who are having a difficult time for a variety of reasons and who need some support. I have expertise working with PTSD and trauma related difficulties.
