It might feel like it is hard to talk to someone you have never met about your feelings, and life's difficulties. Perhaps you are feeling lost, and unable to move on? I work with children, and adults covering various issues including anxiety, addiction, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties, ADHD, autism and other neurodivergent conditions. I use an integrative, creative approach including a therapy dog Ebony (if asked for), play therapy (for children), neurodivergent-affirming practise, and mindfulness.
Everyone is different: with your experiences, family, and perceptions creating your unique view of the world. I work with you to help shine a light on that view to empower you to find your own solutions and strategies to explore your feelings and build confidence helping to make changes: safely, without judgement, and importantly with care and kindness.
