Hello and welcome, We all deserve a helping hand. Someone to lead us through the dark times. I believe I can offer this, by sharing my 16 years of practice. This has provided me with a vast experience/knowledge of working with adults, couples and young people. My passion is in the belief that we have the ability to grow and reach our potential. I work with compassion, genuineness and have a real passion for the effectiveness of the counselling process. I am a highly a sensitive person which helps me to empathise with others deeply. I value indifference and work in a non judgemental way.
I am a registered member with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and have over 16 years years experience of working successfully with, young people, couples and over 50’s. Specialisms- neurodiversity, highly sensitive, bipolar, depression/anxiety, OCD. I have had the privilege to be part of this successful journey with many clients.
I work as a Person Centred counsellor. This means the empathise is on building a relationship with you, of trust, equality and deep understanding. When this takes place, the individual has the capacity to grow and magical things can happen. The person feels truly heard and can then build the foundations for self-growth, self-awareness and self-acceptance.
