Psychotherapy is a very effective means of addressing a multitude of emotional and mental health concerns. At my practice, I provide attachment-focused therapy that emphasises the development of interpersonal relationships and connections with others. With my support, you'll be able to explore your emotions and experiences in a safe and collaborative setting.
I am qualified to work with all age groups, but I particularly enjoy working with teenagers who are struggling. I also like to work with parents who are struggling with their child/children and at the other end of the age scale, I am skilled in working with infertility and or post natal difficulties.
I am one half of 'Cormack and James', based in Hove, as well as having my private office in Hailsham. I really enjoy my work and look forward to meeting each new client.
