I am an accredited Integrative therapist and clinical supervisor supporting children, adolescents & adults, either face to face, by telephone, online or home visits. I treat each person with compassion, care & respect allowing you the space to become more self aware so you can work towards a more positive future.
I have many years experience supporting & working therapeutically with adults, young people and children who have experienced domestic abuse/violence, trauma, ill-health, anxiety, stress, loss, low mood, relationship issues, self-esteem, self-harm or school/work-related issues. I may incorporate psycho-education, self-compassion, relaxation & mindfulness.
