My name is Helen, I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor , who understands that life can be hard sometimes and it can leave us feeling anxious, lost, worried, unsure, stressed, depressed or overwhelmed.
Challenges such as relationship difficulties, loss or bereavement, or experiencing burnout can leave us feeling lost and not knowing where to turn.
Past events in our lives can leave us experiencing shame or guilt.
You may feel unheard and alone with your thoughts.
I can help you, by offering you an opportunity to have your voice heard and listened to without judgement.
To support my work with loss and grief I have completed the Sands training ‘Counselling for pregnancy and baby loss’. I have lived experience of this, and I am very aware that pregnancy and baby loss is common, but often not talked about in our society. This loss can feel very isolating, and I feel privileged to be able to offer you support.
I work using a Person-Centred approach, appreciating that you are an individual with a unique story, I will listen without judgement to you, and with empathy. We will work together to enable you to find the answers you need.
I work online and in person from The Bastion Mews in Hereford and The Body Clinic in Leominster.
