Counselling can be a short quick fix or you can work with me on a longer term. We can get you where you want to be at your pace. It takes commitment and change to come to see me but once that first step has been made we will focus on your needs your goals and where you want to be.
24 years’ experience NHS Trained Counsellor and Psychotherapist working in Doctors surgeries and for National charities including Women’s Aid. Cruse training in Bereavement and recently completing my Advanced Diploma in Eating Disorders and Nurodivergence. Working with RCS NHS north wales social care camhs and Cheshire councils
