Sometimes it can feel as though you are playing a role for others rather than being your genuine self. You might feel overwhelmed, constantly trying to keep up, or moving between stress, fatigue and burnout. You may be exploring ADHD, autism or AuDHD, waiting for an assessment, or adjusting to a diagnosis and trying to make sense of what it means for you.
I support neurodivergent adults and young people to understand how they work and find practical ways of navigating daily life that actually fit them, helping to reduce overwhelm and feel more in control.
Counselling sessions can be in-person, online or by telephone.
I specialise in working with ADHD and autism, as well as the push and pull of both conditions in AuDHD. This is a space where your neurodivergence is understood and welcomed, not something to be fixed or worked around. You don't need a diagnosis to work with me. If something resonates, that's enough.
It can be tiring to keep pushing through when things don't feel like they fit. I offer a mix of counselling and coaching, tailored to you, helping you make sense of your experiences alongside practical strategies that work with your brain, not against it.
