Being a young adult or parenting one can be complicated. Counselling offers a confidential space to offload, gain perspective, and build tools for change. I offer face-to-face sessions in Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne, and online. I work collaboratively with young people and adults in transition, drawing from over 15 years' experience and published work in this area. Therapy with me is a chance to reconnect with yourself and find new possibilities.
With almost 20 years of experience supporting teenagers, young adults, and families, and 15 years of counselling experience, I tailor therapy to the individual. My approach includes creative, narrative, and short-term therapy tools. Clients are always empowered to choose their own pace and path. Helping you find you.
