I have been working with children and families for over 30 years, supporting emotional wellbeing, development, and relationships across a range of settings. For the past 20 years, I’ve worked in primary schools as a Learning Mentor, Educational Psychotherapist, and Family Group Therapist, offering both individual and group therapy to children and their families.
I qualified as an Educational Psychotherapist in 2016 and am registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
I offer one-to-one Educational Psychotherapy sessions for children aged 5 to 12, either in school (with permission) or in my own dedicated therapy space.
I work with children experiencing emotional or behavioural challenges including anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, loss, attachment issues, regulation and neurodiversity.
I offer a calm, supportive space where children can safely explore and understand their feelings.
If your child is having problems at school or at home, if they appear unsettled or quiet, are having difficulties relating to their peers, or are just not themselves, please feel free to reach out and have a chat. I offer a free 30 minute consultation where we can discuss issues and decide if I would be the right person to support your child.
