I help sensitive souls reclaim the part of themselves lost to others over many years, so that they can discover their true essence and live their lives in balance and harmony without fear, confusion and co-dependency. I offer an empathic, compassionate, intuitive and creative service and my style is conversational. My intuition guides me, my theoretical knowledge and personal experiences inform my work and my creativity allows my clients to benefit from an 'outside the box' approach. Sensitivity, anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, chronic PTSD, low confidence and self esteem are my specialities.

My skill is intuitively combining different modalities to help my clients. With a background in Mental Health and GP surgeries I specialise in stress, anxiety, mood disorders, sensitivity and survivors of abuse. My approach is proactive, creative and solution focused. I will give suggestions, ideas, feedback, worksheets as required. Happy to walk and talk.

I believe that we all have it within us to heal and grow. Whilst qualifications help, it is my lived experience, healing and intuition that really guides my work. Having survived living with an alcoholic, narcissistic abuse and lost my home, I know that healing is possible. I also have mental health experience within social services and the NHS.
