I am a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist and Trauma Therapist specialising in working with women who have experienced trauma (in all forms). I also specialise in supporting women who have experienced baby loss, and women who are currently struggling with infertility and/or involuntary childlessness. I have 18+ years experience working in the field of mental health.
My offering includes trauma focused psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and specialist counselling/therapy for infertility, baby loss, and involuntary childlessness. My aim is to provide a therapeutic space where women will feel safe and supported as they journey towards healing and recovery.
I offer a free 20 min telephone consultation. This will be an opportunity for us to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy & for you to get a sense of me & how I work.
