I use and share tools to help reveal patterns of thinking and behaviour, which support you to make the changes you seek. I listen empathically and non-judgementally to your experiences and needs, and work together with you to support you identify and achieve your therapeutic goals.
My experience includes working with: anxiety, depression, grief, workplace challenges, social and familial identity, and poor childhood experiences.
