I am an experienced Advanced Grief Practitioner and a Qualified Person Centred Counsellor who is Neurodiverse Affirming and based on the Wirral. I specialise in offering therapy for Adults, who have been affected by Pregnancy and Infant loss such as Miscarriage, Ectopic Pregnancy, Termination for Medical Reasons (TFMR), Stillbirth & Neonatal Loss. I am also experienced in offering sessions for clients who are feeling anxious about their pregnancies following a previous loss, known as a Rainbow Pregnancy. I offer online & face-to-face sessions from my Heswall practice, Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm & evening sessions from 5.30pm.

As a skilled Grief Counsellor, I work within all areas of Bereavement. This may be the loss of a loved one, ending of a relationship or changes in your life that has created a great loss. I also offer therapy for issues around Self-Esteem, Shame, Self-Worth, Anxiety & Low mood. I am neurodiverse affirming, experienced in working with ADHD and Autism.

I understand that therapy can be a daunting prospect and I offer an in person consultation for 30 minutes at a reduced fee of £30, to see if I am the right therapist for you. Asking for help takes real courage, however, please be assured I offer a confidential, calm and welcoming space for you to explore what is going on for you.

Many people touched by baby loss experience a lack of understanding by those around them, often leading to isolation which can cause further hurt.
