My counselling rooms are in Farnham, Surrey, with nearby parking facilities and links to public transport. I also offer counselling and psychotherapy sessions via Zoom, WhatsApp and telephone and work with individuals aged 18 to 80+.
I am fully qualified, BACP Accredited and registered with Bupa, AXA and Aviva. My specialist areas include ADHD, Anger Management, Anxiety, ASC Challenges, Bereavement and Loss, LGBTQ+ Issues, Loneliness, Low Self-esteem, Menopause, Relationship Issues, Stress, Suicidal Thoughts, and Work-related Concerns, including Conflict, Redundancy, and Career Changes.
