Attachment-based psychotherapy works from the understanding that our earliest relationships (even before we learn to talk) shape how we feel about ourselves, the people around us, and the world we live in. As an attachment therapist, I am interested in exploring all of this with you and helping you lay past ghosts to rest.
Reaching out to a professional for help might feel anxiety-provoking in lots of ways. That's entirely normal and understandable. But instead of seeing needing professional help as a sign of weakness or failure, think of it as a sign of strength. I'm happy to chat through your questions and queries.
