I work with adults and adolescents aged 16+.
I have 20 years’ experience in the NHS and private practice using CBT, CFT & ACT. I am trained also in EMDR and am a certified schema therapist. I offer therapy to address unmet childhood needs, attachment trauma and to understand and change problematic relationship patterns and difficult coping styles. I am also trained in ADHD assessments & coaching.
