I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Couples Therapist with a professional background in mental health nursing and health visiting. I have a special interest in perinatal mental health; supporting women and families to find a sense of safeness, calm and connection in what can be an overwhelming, isolating and difficult stage of life.
My aim is to work collaboratively, in a way that allows you to safely and gently explore anything that may be worrying or stressful. I offer a genuine and trusting relationship, enabling you to mindfully explore and challenge your thoughts and feelings.
I can support with anxiety, low mood, attachment and trauma related difficulties. I can work with individuals, couples and parents/children to support communication and connection.
Taking those first steps into therapy can feel a bit unsettling and uncertain but also very rewarding. So you can get a sense of who I am, I offer a free 15 minutes zoom introductory meeting as an opportunity for us to meet and consider working together.
