If you are having difficulties with an area of your life or feel overwhelmed and troubled by certain feelings and emotions then talking things through with an experienced therapist can be extremely helpful. There are many reasons why people seek counselling - you may have recently experienced a relationship breakdown, you may be feeling extremely anxious, depressed, struggling with work stress or feel troubled by something from the past. I have a wealth of experience of working with a diverse range of issues and difficulties including but not limited to anxiety, low mood/depression, relationship difficulties, family relationships, health-related trauma, work difficulties/career path, confidence and self-esteem, grief/loss, life purpose/direction, fertility issues.
