I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and I provide psychological therapy for adults with emotional difficulties such as depression, anxiety, work stress, bereavement issues, low self-esteem, and those whose problems relate to a history of difficult experiences in childhood or traumatic experiences at any stage in life. An area of specialism is Clinical Health Psychology, helping people whose psychological difficulties relate to dealing with physical illness or injury. We all experience low mood and anxiety at times in our lives. Sometimes this can feel difficult to manage and psychological therapy can help.
Psychological therapy involves working with you to build understanding of how emotional difficulties have developed and then working together to make changes to improve the way you feel. Clinical health psychology is an area of psychology that focuses on the emotional and psychological aspects of physical health and illness.
