My approach is gentle, collaborative and centred around what you need, whether you’re navigating low mood, loss, relationship difficulties or past trauma. Together, we’ll explore your experiences at your pace and help you find clarity, resilience and a renewed sense of yourself.
I work in-person and online with individuals and couples, or multiply partnered people. I have some concessionary spaces for student counsellors.
