I provide a confidential and non-judgemental space in which we can together explore the issues which have brought you to this point in your life journey, supporting and enabling you to develop greater self-awareness and consider the choices that are open to you.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I am trained to work with a wide range of approaches. I believe in a whole person approach which takes into consideration the interaction between the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual or soulful aspects of ourselves and offer an empathic, non-judgemental space.
If you feel that I might be able to help you please contact me via telephone or e-mail and we can arrange an initial meeting within which we can discuss why you are looking for counselling and what you would like to achieve. If you would like to go ahead we can then arrange to meet on a weekly basis, which we can regularly review together.
