I’m a registered psychotherapist and trained wild therapist, and I work outdoors on Hampstead Heath and online. I specialise in working with people who seek a deeper, more meaningful connection with life, with other people, and with the world around them.
During our sessions, I'll encourage you to get curious about yourself, your thoughts and feelings, your relationships, your behaviour and habits. I'll also be interested in what's going on between us. It’s likely that patterns and issues from your life will show up in our relationship, which gives us a chance to really explore what's happening.
Working outdoors can mean walking and talking, exploring new paths, or choosing a place to sit. Being among trees, animals, birds and the elements can be nourishing and refreshing, and can present dilemmas and challenges. I will support you to find new, creative ways to respond to the challenges you encounter in life and to feel more free to be yourself.
