I am experienced therapist working with Adults, Children and Adolescents who struggle with exam worries, anxiety and depression, Self harming, working with Survivors of Suicide, Sexual assault and Child sexual abuse offering talking therapy and Trauma Therapy using EMDR.
I combine 36 years of nursing knowledge and integrate Talking Therapy and EMDR to assess how best to support you. I am approachable, honest and kind. I will support you whatever the issue without judgement. I am fully insured and offer an introductory session for £90 to see if I am the right person for you. Each session lasts 60 minutes
